ico9Community: Need information on reusing Certificate of Sponsorship

Question: My visa has been rejected as the TB test certificate was not submitted. Now I want to know if the same Certificate of Sponsorship can be used for reapplying for my visa or do I need to get a new Certificate of Sponsorship?

Discussion: I found this on the UK Border Agency website: "When a CoS has been used to support an application for leave and that application is either granted or refused, it cannot be used again."
